You provided a ton of informationas to things I could do to help my family: calling Spectrum cable to push my payment out, which I did; applyingfor HEAP which they ended up granting me $350 towards our back bill; pushing out our payments with our car;referring me to your friend at Fidelis for health insurance, which now my husband is added and does not haveto pay through his job!

Also, helping us through this process of this rent grant. Being out of work for solong and not having income has been quite a struggle, but you definitely helped make our load a lot lighter.Thank you again for all your help. My family and I are extremely grateful for your help and support.”

Our Case Managers, like Kim, are called to partner with people - especially the vulnerable and those facingpoverty - to help them achieve their full human potential.
