beverly olivas — I'm so disappointed with this cemetery. I have been waiting for my Son's headstone for about 11 months. A really good friend of mine father of her kids received his headstone six months after he passed away. This cemetery is based on catholic beliefs but is quick on removing All Saints decor,... Read more other holiday decors, and memorabilia that family leaves for loved ones. They get thrown away or broken This saddens me. It's the same as their employees vandalizing the faith and belief of families Who believe in God. After all the money we spent to get this spot and have him buried there, then on his Earthly birthday, we went there and we have a huge family and a lot of friends of his came. They have the nerve to have the police come and circle our gathering. This place sucks. They call memorabilia removal getting rid of the trash. I paid over$20 thousand for this spot. If I want flowers or Saints all up and down this plot I should be able to. None of it looked bad. I'm not the only one this has been done to. Just one that is voicing my issues. Read less

Alexandria Saiz — 👎👎👎I understand due to covid cemeterys are on back order waiting for stones ok. So far I have been waiting for a year for my mom's stone to arrive ok it's coming I understand. What bothers me is my family places momentos on my moms grave site and they are being removed. I called and asked ... Read moreand staff said they have to clean up the grounds personal belongings are tossed at the west end of the cemetery I'm free to go look around . That is such a slap in the face my mother is at her resting place and we can't remember her with these little keepsakes because they are getting pulled and trashed. The cemetery staff doesn't even send out news letters or emails of communication I'm very disappointed in Mt Olivet. Read less

Gayle Smith — What a great team they have there. My mom passed away and had no pre planned arrangements. They were so helpful, compassionate and transparent through the entire process. They are AMAZING!

Tracie Aleman — This cemetery is horrible. Please do not lay your love ones to rest here. They have no trouble taking your money. Now they are supposedly under new management & new rules. They are telling you what you can have, & what you can't have on your loved ones headstone, or in the cremation... Read more areas. It's like belonging to an HOA. This is a place where we are supposed to be able to celebrate our loved ones life by decorating in away that bring happy memories. Please take your time, look at different cemeteries before you pick this (1). I really don't care to hear what you have to say. I stand by what I say.
My mom just informed that all of my fathers decorations have been removed & placed in the "lost & found" & supposedly they will keep them for 1 wk but no one knows for sure. DO NO LAY YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! My dad decorations liked like this and know this is all he has.
I just hope you are true to your policy. For the 2 years that we have been out to visit my dad and decorating the barrel. All we see on (1) side is glass bottles, glass beer bottles, glass flower vases. What happened to enforcing the rule with NO GLASS WHAT'S SO EVER.
I still say this is like belonging to an HOA. Because you are telling us what we can do & can not do. Which is @#@##. This is a place where we are supposed to go and decorate to remember our loved ones. Just wished my parents MY PARENTS DID NOT CHOICE THIS CEMETERY Read less

Ray Gonzales — This cemetery is horrible as a lot of us payout of pocket and thousands of dollars to have our loved one here, my father and mother have Purchased three lots for my siblings and my self they paid over $40,000 and Paying that much money we should have some rights and some respect! It’s hard enough ... Read morethat we have to come to an end it here with our love ones and bury them. So when we go and visit we expect the cemetery to upkeep the grass and the appearance nice. Unfortunately it’s not and another thing that is sad is that we go and visit my Mother and my brother we’ve been decorating for years and recently they went and took everything off of my mothers grave when I had approach the office they sent me to maintenance, when I went to maintenance they put my mom stuff in a gate with no name on it I had to go through everything which I haven’t found any of her belongings.I thought out of RESPECT for the loved ones they would bagged and labeled The items unfortunately that's not the case it’s just tossed with no respect that stuff is sentimental to some of us and this is the respect we get. I mede several complaints not only about this but my brothers headstone being vandalized and his picture being removed still nothing I had to reached out to reporters, took several pictures of the cemetery just last week I had to go and clean up my moms and Brothers gravesite. I love how they maintain the property in (front). And this will not be my last until my voice is heard and my mother and my brother gravesites are respected and for them to stop taking stuff off of their graves in treating it like trash!
Also the communication is horrible there! Read less
